ATTENTION: Due to USPS ceasing international shipments, we may ship international orders via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, temporarily or permanently.

 

We ship domestically via USPS only. Processing for orders is typically 1 to 5 business days. Shipping can range from 3 to 21 business days for U.S. customers and 10 to 32 business days for international customers due to COVID-19!!! Wholesale orders processing and shipping can range between 1 to 10 business weeks.


Local delivery is available for all customers as described below:

- Lake Charles (70607); order minimum of $150; location must be within 20 miles from zip code; a fee of $ (we are based in Houston)
- Houston (77069/77065); location must be within 20 miles for a fee of $ and within 50 miles for a fee of $


Business days do NOT include weekends and some holidays. We are not responsible for delayed shipping due to bad weather, pandemics, postal company errors, and holidays. Expedited or express shipping has a 5 business day maximum turnaround, if chosen and paid for but your order is fulfilled, shipped, and/or delivered past that turnaround time we will give a partial refund, free gift, or store credit.

EXCEPTIONS:

All custom services including wig making and hair coloring have a processing time of 3 to 5 business days PLUS service and shipping of 5 to 14 business days. After 14 business days, if you have not received your order AND have not been given any notice of delayed turnaround, you will be given a free gift, a store credit, OR refunded a portion of your order under the discretion of the owner. Please contact the courier service for information and assistance with all purchases after the allotted shipping time has ended. 


If shipping is delayed past 21 business days please contact us and/or contact the postal service if you do have a tracking number.
